Why we built this

A research-informed, safety-first approach inspired by CBT.

  • Make CBT more accessible and practical for everyday use
  • Use AI thoughtfully, with clear guardrails, privacy, and safety
  • Provide fit‑for‑purpose tools (not just a generic chatbot)

CBT is well‑studied and helps many people with anxiety and depression. Our goal is to turn those techniques into simple conversations that feel supportive, structured, and secure.

What we believe

Key ideas that guide the product

  • CBT works best when it teaches skills you can use every day
  • Many people don’t get timely care; helpful tools should be easy to try
  • AI can coach, structure, and encourage — it doesn’t replace a therapist
  • Safety comes first: crisis detection, clear disclaimers, and privacy by default
